returns and exchange policy (with a receipt)
At Pumpkin Patch South Africa, we wish to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. If any of our products have not met your expectations, we will happily exchange with proof of purchase as outlined below.

exchanges
We will gladly exchange any item for sizes or colours and if  not satisfactory then for any other item equally priced.  Items should be unworn, unwashed and not damaged, with price tags/labeling intact.  Where items have been received as a gift, the gift exchange card provided at point of sale must be presented to facilitate an exchange.

refunds
Refunds will be facilitated up to 10 days after date of purchase (on the 11th day).  Items should be unworn and unwashed, with price tags/labeling intact.  The refund medium will be applied as follows:

Credit card purchase requires the card used for the original purchase, a valid photo ID, and the items you wish to return. The credit card will be refunded.

Debit card purchase requires the card used for the original purchase, a valid photo ID, and the items you wish to return.  The debit card cannot be refunded, your banking details will be taken and an eft transfer will be made within 3-5 days of your till refund.

Cash purchase will be refunded as cash.

Gift exchange card purchases cannot be refunded.

Any items identified as damaged or unsafe should be returned to the store immediately with proof of purchase.  Refunds or exchanges in respect of such items are subject to a quality check.

Please make sure you bring the original receipt for any refund or exchange requirement.

Pumpkin Patch stores require valid identification and the original receipt number when processing all returns and exchanges.
